Horrible thoughts

I just had a horrible thought. The people who are pulling the strings have invested an enormous amount of money and energy to get where they are now, and they are not likely to give all this up without a whimper simply because a clock is running. And, things in the country and the world are not looking too rosy for them right now. They stand a chance of losing the Presidency in November. Bush has become a liability, and Cheney is too old and too sick to seriously consider a run in '08. However, there is a way...Have Bush assassinated! Make sure we have a few Persian Patsies in place to take the blame. It's brilliant! Cheney becomes the de jure king, Bush is eliminated; the country is outraged. We've got to find out where the rest of them are hiding. Bomb, bomb, bomb Iran so we accept Martial Law and suspension of the elections "temporarily" until we get to the bottom of this. Intern all Moslems like we did to the Japanese during WWII. Suspend the rest of the constitution so that guys like me can no longer write seditious material. Oh, God, it's too unthinkable...or is it?___TF
